In other words, we have all seen people with unsafe driving practices — we may even know people like that, or we may even be a driver like that.  It has to stop.  Not only is it dangerous to yourself an others, but it is costing you money.  The safer you are as a driver, you see, the less you will ultimately have to pay for car insurance.
