We have all seen the guy driving down the road, talking on his cell phone through heavy traffic — on his actual cell phone, the handset, not using speaker phone or any kind of hands free device. We have all seen the teenger actually texting while driving her car, using one hand on the wheel and one on her phone — and presumably keeping just one eye on the road, as well. We have all seen the lady who miraculously manages to put on lipstick and mascera while driving down the road too. There are the people who drive too fast and those who drive too slow. People who take the pause rule at yield signs a little too serious.
In other words, we have all seen people with unsafe driving practices — we may even know people like that, or we may even be a driver like that. It has to stop. Not only is it dangerous to yourself an others, but it is costing you money. The safer you are as a driver, you see, the less you will ultimately have to pay for car insurance.
